Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing CypressThera products. If you receive damaged or crushed items, please contact our company by phone, and we will provide you with a brand new product.

1. Cosmetics are considered personal hygiene products, and once they are opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged. The 7-day period is for inspection purposes only, and for a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be in brand new condition. Returns will only be accepted for products with defects or damage caused during the shipping process.

2. If you have failed to collect items from a convenience store multiple times or have returned items multiple times, our company reserves the right to decline your future orders.

3. Wrong Product Shipped: Please inform our company within 3 days of receiving the wrong product and provide your member name at the time of ordering. You will not be responsible for any shipping or handling fees. Please return the product through a shipping service, and once we receive the returned product, we will promptly process the replacement of the correct item.

4. Before placing an order, please make sure to read and understand the product description. Skin redness or swelling related to personal skin type is not considered a product defect, and returns and refunds will not be accepted for this reason.

5. After placing an order, you have the right to a 7-day period starting from the next day the product is delivered. Please inspect the items promptly upon receipt, ensuring the correct items and quantities, and whether the products meet your expectations. If there are any issues, please report them within the 7-day period. Failure to do so will be considered as waiving this right.

6. Requesting a Refund: If you need a refund without any specific reason, the product must remain unopened. Please return it to our company in its original condition within 7 days, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

7. Membership points obtained through the return and refund mechanism will not be counted.
